Tyler was incredible. He was patient because I was unsure of what to do. When plans changed, he quickly helped me fix it & came back the next day to add a couple things. We did roofline warm white big bulbs on the front of house and then wrapped some tree trunks with mini warm white lights and it looks beautiful! Prompt and friendly customer service, they helped me with a couple different options when I wasn't sure and plugged me into their schedule right away. Holiday Lighting FAQs

When should I contact you to get lights on my house?

The earlier you reach out, the better. We start installing in September then go until mid- December, before we begin takedown after the new year.

Spots fill up quickly - remember, the lights can be hung up early but that doesn't mean they need to be turned on. Homeowners usually have them turned on the day after Thanksgiving.

Do I provide the lights?

No, we provide all the commercial grade lighting, custom cut power cables, clips, timers, etc.

Who owns the lights?

The materials are leased by you each season. At the end of each season, we take them down and store them at our facility for you next year.

Do I need to be home during the install?

No, we have everything we need to get the lights custom fit to your home, the lights will be plugged into a timer that you can adjust as you wish!

Am I locked into a contract?

Absolutely not. We provide our customers with a 3 year price lock; the price will not go up for 3 years from the time we start working together.

How and when do I pay?

We require a 50% deposit to get on the schedule, once the job is completed we will automatically charge the remaining balance.
